基于低成本、高精度的目的提出了一种超声波测距系统的设计方案.设计硬件部分采用AT89S52单片机作为主控MCU,电路部分主要有发射电路、接收电路、显示电路几部分组成.本文在分析了超声波测距原理的基础上指出了设计测距仪的思路和所需考虑的问题,给出了实现超声波测距方案的软、硬件设计系统框图.在设计中兼顾了系统性能和器件成本的关系,降低了整套系统的成本.
Abstract:The ultrasonic ranging system is widely used in industry,environment protection,traffic and so on.Presently there are many kinds of ultrasonic ranging instruments.But most of them are usually very expensive that can not be used widely.Focused on these problem,the article gives a design of ultrasonic ranging system.In this design,the system uses AT89S52 as the main controlling MCU,the electrical circuit mainly contain transmitting,receiving and displaying circuits.The article demonstrates the theory of range finder and problems that need to be considered in the base of ultrasonic ranging principle,and introduces the design of hardware circuit and software process.During the design period,the more attention to both the capability and the cost is paid.The cost of the whole system is reduced effectively.
