介绍了机器视觉照明系统的发展现状。机器视觉技术已经在社会发展的许多领域得到应用。照明系统是影响机器视觉系统性能的一个关键因素,它决定着原始采集图像的质量,从而影响整个视觉系统的处理效果。重点对照明光源的类型与特点、选择与布局、驱动与控制、光源特性及其对图像的影响、光学辅助工具的使用、照明设计软件等主要技术进行总结,探讨了视觉照明系统应用中均匀照明的实现、散热、控制器技术、通用性设计等亟待解决的问题。
Abstract:The machine vision technology has been widely used in many fields of industry and life.lighting system is an important factor which influences the performance of the machine vision system,it decides the quality of original image and then affects the processing effect of the machine vision system.This paper introduces the development of machine vision lighting system,summarizes the key technology including light source types and their advantages and disadvantages,the choice of position and shape,drive and control,the relationship between the performance of light and image,optical auxiliary tools and lighting design softwares,and so on.At last,some technical problems should to be solved are proposed including uniformity of illumination,heat problems,controller technology,universal design and so on.
